Orange Ginger Salmon with Mango Salsa

I made this recipe from Israeli Kitchen and served it with a mango salsa from www.aboutseafood.com.

Mango Salsa

Combine in a small bowl:

1  mangoe, diced
1 small to medium tomato, diced (omit juice)
2 scallions, chopped
1/2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (1/2 tsp. dried okay, too)
1 teaspoons fresh ginger root, finely minced or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (or a little of both)
1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinager
Juice of 1/2  lemon (or lime)
