This is from Taste of Home. I found via Judith Trachtman’s post in the Jewish-Food group on Yahoo. My in-laws collected a bunch of fish recipes from the Jewish Food Mailing List and other sites, and I am gradually working my way through them.
Here is the recipe scaled down for one salmon fillet:
Sesame Salmon
Adapted from Taste of Home to work with a single fillet, baked in a toaster oven
1 tsp. EACH of soy sauce and vinegar
1/2 tsp. agave syrup (or honey)
1/8-1/4 tsp. brown mustard
pinch dried ginger
Spray the fillet with oil and marinate in the above mixture for 45 minutes. Broil or bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with a tsp. of toasted sesame seeds and chopped scallion. I baked the fish with the marinade and then poured it over the fish.
My husband gives this 4.5 out of 5 stars.
