Banana cake flavor in a rich, creamy drink.
Banana Cake Smoothie
3 bananas
2 cups almond or coconut milk (or some other milk)
1 Tbl. vanilla
1 tsp. vanilla sugar (optional)
3-4 Tbl. agave syrup or honey
1/16 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ginger (or one slice candied ginger)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Puree everything in blender. Garnish with a slice of banana.
Serves 2-3.
Variation: add 4 Tbl. peanut butter.
Another variation: using vanilla Greek yogurt instead of milk makes this into a super thick and creamy shake.

My daughter just might eat/drink this. But no peanut butter for her…not her favored flavor.
